英國知名PE投資機(jī)構(gòu)BBE近日透漏，經(jīng)過投資研究部3個(gè)月時(shí)期的考察與調(diào)研，計(jì)劃向馬來西亞成長(zhǎng)最快的Fang Fong Jewellery Sdn Bhd注資3000萬英鎊，收購其71%的控制股權(quán)，據(jù)了解，雙方已簽訂意向收購協(xié)議。
Fang Fong Jewellery Sdn Bhd創(chuàng)建1998年，是集黃金、鉆石、寶石、玉器等研發(fā)、加工、跨國批發(fā)零售于一體的珠寶公司。總部位于馬來西亞檳城，擁有分布在馬來西亞、中東、印度等國生產(chǎn)、研發(fā)、銷售等員工1000多人。

Renown English PE company BBE announced that after a 3-month investigation and research, it planned to invest in Malaysia’s fastest growing Jewellery Fang Fong Jewellery Sdn Bhd. It will invest 30 million pounds to acquire 71% stake. MOU has been signed by both parties toward this acquisition。
Fang Fong Jewellery Sdn Bhd was established in 1998. The core businesses are research, processing, global wholesale and retail of gold, diamond, precious stones, jade, etc. It is headquartered in Penang, Malaysia. Total employees in the production, research and sales department in Malaysia, Middle East, and India exceeds 1000 people。
